You provide the key for your workspace. It is stored encrypted and never handed back to the browser.
Pseudonymisation
Names, addresses and numbers are replaced by placeholders before the call and restored on the server afterwards.
A human in the loop
AI proposes, a person adopts. No proposal turns into a ticket, a reply or an entry on its own.
Switchable one by one
Every AI surface can be turned on and off separately; without a key everything stays off.
Consent per person
Whoever uses AI agrees once per function. Usage is recorded.
