Project and service management by TPWD
Project and service management of a new generation
srfce brings projects, knowledge, service and time into one tool. It streamlines work along common standards and applies AI where it carries weight, always with a human in the decision. Your data stays in Germany, the AI runs on your own key.
What srfce does
Projects
Boards, backlog and sprints, tickets with comments, files and import. Your customers see exactly what you release, in the same board.
Learn moreKnowledge
Knowledge spaces with a page tree, labels and attachments, linked to the projects they belong to, searchable through AI.
Learn moreService
Service tickets with service levels and a portal for your customers. Service management with workflows is next.
Learn moreTime and absence
Weekly entry, reports, leave and target hours, on the ticket itself instead of in a second application.
Learn moreAI
Chat, assistants and search on your own key. Personal details are replaced before anything reaches the model.
Learn moreIntegrations
Email, Fireflies, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Google Docs and an MCP server for your own AI tools.

Why srfce
Privacy you can verify
The database runs in Frankfurt am Main, the application on IONOS servers in Germany. Every workspace is separated inside the database, and every query checks membership on top of that.
AI on your key
You provide the key for your workspace. It is stored encrypted and never handed back to the browser. Without a key, every AI surface stays off.
Pseudonymised before anything leaves
Names, addresses and numbers are replaced by placeholders before the call and restored in the answer on the server. The model never sees them.
The human decides
AI suggests: a ticket from an email, tasks from a call, a reply in service. Nothing is adopted until a person agrees.
How work becomes a ticket
01
From an email
Your mailbox connects to srfce. One step turns a message into a ticket in the right project, with history and attachments.
02
From a call
Fireflies records the call. srfce collects summary and action items, proposes the matching project, and offers the items as tickets.
03
From the customer portal
Your customers raise their request themselves. It arrives as a service ticket, and they can follow its state without asking.
04
From the board
In the board itself, with templates, sprints and a backlog. Recurring work appears on schedule instead of from memory.
srfce compared
We compare openly with the tools srfce competes against. Statements about other vendors come from their own public pages and carry a date.

Frequently asked questions
- Where is srfce data stored?
- The database runs in the Frankfurt am Main region (eu-central-1), the application on IONOS servers in Germany. The vendor is TPWD AG, based in Berlin, a company under German law.
- Which AI model does srfce use, and who owns the key?
- srfce talks to Mistral, using the key of your workspace. You provide it yourself, it is stored encrypted and never handed back to the browser. Without a key, every AI function stays off.
- What exactly does pseudonymisation mean in srfce?
- Before every call, srfce replaces personal details in the text with placeholders, for example a person by a token without a name. The answer is translated back on the server. The model never sees the real names.
- Does srfce replace Jira and Confluence?
- For projects, knowledge, service and time tracking, yes: that is four tools in one, with a single sign-in and one permission model. Teams that need deep ITIL processes with their own workflow engine should wait for service management with workflows.
- Can customers follow along in srfce?
- Yes, exactly as far as you release it. Tickets, columns and knowledge spaces carry a customer view; in the portal your customers see their own state and nothing beside it.
- What does srfce cost?
- There is one tier at the moment, Enterprise, on request. It contains all modules; you enable them per workspace.
